This 12 week HYROX program is designed to improve your strength for Hyrox.
This Program is great for runners want to improve on the Hyrox functional movements and for athletes that want to try HYROX but want to keep making size and strength gains.
The Strength Booster x3 plan is designed to maximise your strength with just 3 workouts a week. You can use the plan on its own if you can’t get to the gym everyday or in conjunction with other sports to increase your strength and power. I have selected the most effective and efficient exercises so you get the best benefit from your time in the gym.
